There was a time when I felt completely unsteady.


Life had taken a turn I didn’t expect, and no amount of positive thinking or talking it through could help me find my footing.

When I discovered EFT, something shifted. For the first time, I felt a sense of calm in my body, like I could breathe again. I began using it every day, not just to manage my emotions, but to truly understand them.

Slowly, I started to rebuild my confidence and reconnect with myself in ways I hadn’t thought possible.

That experience changed the direction of my life and my work.

Now, as an EFT practitioner and coach, I help others navigate their own turning points with more ease and self-compassion.

Every person’s experience of change is different, so there’s no one-size-fits-all process.


Our sessions are a space for you to slow down, be honest about what’s really going on, and begin to release what no longer serves you.

We’ll work together to help you feel grounded, calm, and more connected to your own inner wisdom.


It’s not about fixing you, because you’re not broken.


It’s about helping you feel safe enough to find your way forward.

I’m a coffee drinker through and through, happiest when there’s time for a quiet cup before the day begins.


I live by the sea with my two children, who are home-educated, which means our days are rarely predictable, but often full of laughter, curiosity, and creativity.

I believe in small moments of joy, honest conversations, and the quiet strength that comes from showing up for yourself, one day at a time.
