What these sessions can help with

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and coaching work beautifully together to help you move through emotional blocks, patterns, and limiting beliefs, at your own pace.

People often come to me when they’re:

  • Moving through a major life change or transition

  • Feeling anxious, stuck, or emotionally overwhelmed

  • Struggling to let go of the past

  • Wanting to feel calmer and more confident moving forward

Together, we’ll focus on what’s most needed in the moment — whether that’s easing stress, processing emotions, or reconnecting with your sense of purpose.

What to expect

Each session is 60 minutes, held online or in-person (Bournemouth).


We start with a short conversation about what’s been happening for you, then use EFT tapping and coaching to gently shift what’s coming up.

You’ll leave the session feeling clearer, more grounded, and with tools you can use in your daily life.

Some people come for a single session when they need support in the moment.

Others prefer ongoing sessions as they move through a period of change. We’ll find what feels right for you.
